Then as I considered homes that fit my needs, there was often a bidding war of offers that priced those homes above my comfort zone. Devan and his team worked many hours sometimes more that once a day to communicate with me and guide me through the process. I have owned 5 homes in my lifetime, but Devan's team supported me and allowed me to close on my new home within 31 days! Wow, that is amazing!!!
