The First Residential team was an absolute dream to work with. As first time home buyers, the mortgage process was completely foreign and terrifying to get into but Chris took the time to listen, provide education, and work with us the entire time. I appreciated his honesty and open communication about rates, different loan types, and different home programs. Thanks to him I not only feel like we got a great deal with our loan, but also feel confident in my understanding of our mortgage and it's parts. When it came time to start gathering and submitting documentation, Amanda got involved and made navigating paperwork a breeze. She was always prompt and clear in communication and was always available to answer questions about the documentation needed. She kept the process moving and made sure we knew our progress towards closing. Overall I loved my experience with First Residential and would 100% recommend Chris and his team in the future!
