I would have liked it if I could have been included in some of the first time buyers down payment assistance programs. Either federal or state sponsored and my team researched those for me. Or at least told me how to qualify even if I didn’t qualify.

The system only links to the loan coordinator after a certain point but I kept being referred by the coordinator to the loan agent for questions. Would recommend a link made to both for ease in communication.
