Start NowWe fully understand the type of loan we were qualified for comes with many tedious documents needed for approval. They were patient and "down to earth" in explaining what/ why needed. That being said, sometimes a contact from office would send info needed from a different email address when that person wasn't available/ on vacation. We wouldn't know if docs were being forwarded during a vacation or not- some would-some wouldn't. When I would call to confirm docs were received, some wouldn't have been forwarded,,,,(some would!?) The communication from proper email addresses with proper contacts definitely needs improvement, especially during one of the most stressful times for the home buyer. That should be a given. Other than that, good job.
