I would recommend First Residential to anyone needing a loan for their home.
As I mentioned earlier, First Residential was not the cheapest option for us. With the turmoil surrounding purchasing a home right now it was tempting to go with a cheaper option over the exceptional customer service. With that said if I had to make the choice again, it would be a no-brainer. I would go with First Residential. if asked by a friend or family member, I would highly recommend them as their first call. I probably cannot say enough good about the people that work for this company when it comes to the approval and set up process. My wife and I are hopeful and optimistic that that will continue throughout the term of the loan.
