To anyone thinking of looking into buying a house, first time or fifth time, buckle up because I have a short story for you. I know, I know. Reading a novel probably isn’t on your todo list as a buyer, but please read to the end. It’s worth the two minutes!As first time home buyers, my fianc and I were scared to death about making that initial call. I had spoken to several companies before I finally called an FHA directory that gave us First Residential’s information. These other companies that I had talked to had made me feel like I was a number. They had that fake cheer in their voice, but I could tell they just wanted our business. There was no soul. I was skeptical that these guys would be different, but I was happily wrong.From day one, after talking with Justin (the loan officer), we felt so great about what we were doing. We were nervous, don’t get me wrong! We were still doubtful that we would actually be seeing this to fruition. We didn’t even think that it would be possible for us to buy a beautiful home, in a gorgeous town, in this day and age with our low credit. Not without some astronomical interest attached to it, if at all. Oh no. I was so very excitingly wrong.And believe what I say when I tell you this… Our situation with our dream home was a bit tricky, to say the very least. There were lots of ups and downs, but this was not anyone’s fault. Just a series of unfortunate events. However, Justin and his team went above and beyond to help our dreams come true. Trust me when I say that they will move Heaven and Earth, mountains and seas, to help you see your dream come true, because that’s exactly what they did for us. I could literally sit here for a week listing off all the things that make these guys absolute rockstars, but I’m sure you only have so much time to read this!In short, if you want to feel like you’re gushing over potential forever homes with your bestie, if you want to feel like you are the one and only client, please give these guys a call.
