She worked hard to remove the balloon payment and get us into a true 30-year fixed loan with the $9,800 forgivable assistance. The entire team made the process smooth and stress-free. The only issue I had during this whole process was due to the seller's agent and attorney. Both of the seller's agent and attorney hid material facts from us that delayed our closing and the seller's agent threatened to sell the house out from under us when we demanded he disclose the reason for delaying the closing for a 4th time. I am currently looking into report that agent to the board for his role in the failure to close on time due to not disclosing a material fact.
