I had an amazing experience with First Residential! They closed the deal in just 30 days, which is incredible considering we only moved to the USA from the Philippines a year ago. I reached out to several local mortgage lenders, but most required a minimum 2-year residency and at least 20% downpayment. As new migrants, minimizing upfront costs was a big help for us.
