Then as I considered homes that fit my needs, there was often a bidding war of offers that priced those homes above my comfort zone. And…there were already fewer homes on that market the end of 2025 into early 2026. Devan and his team worked many hours sometimes more that once a day to communicate with me and guide me through the process. I have owned 5 homes in my lifetime, but Devan's team supported me and allowed me to close on my new home within 31 days! Wow, that is amazing!!!
