Tim Jones

Tim Jones has been with First Residential Independent Mortgage since 2018, bringing years of experience across multiple roles. With over two years as a Risk Advisor, Tim has worked to help navigate complex loan scenarios and find creative solutions to challenges in the mortgage process.

Prior to this role, Tim also spent three years in banking, assisting with HELOCs and personal lending. A natural problem solver, Tim is passionate about supporting loan teams and underwriters, ensuring they have the insights needed to make well-informed risk decisions.

Outside of work, Tim enjoys coaching youth sports teams and spending time outdoors—whether playing sports, hunting, or swimming.
