Trent came to First Residential with a larger purpose: to serve his community and enhance people’s lives. Through First Residential's home loan programs, Trent is able to provide his clients with the information they need to make informed decisions about their home purchase. He’s there to lend an ear, offer expert advice, and truly find the loan product that best fits your needs. When Trent is not spending time with his wife and daughter, you'll find him swinging his 7-iron on a warm day, tearing up a baseball field, or finding some buddies to shoot hoops with. Trent was very attentive during this whole process, there were several hiccups especially with underwriting that we had to work around and he made sure he found solutions for us to navigate around them! The process took longer than most do and he stuck with us during the whole three months, from start to finish he was very on top of everything and made sure we were informed every step of the way. Even when there were obstacles he always came back with ways for us to advance in the process and we are very grateful he made everything happen for us to purchase our first home!
