Joshua Jones was nothing but amazing the entire process. He was always available to answer any questions or concerns we had. The loan process had us on edge with worry but Joshua was always there to reassure us. Everytime a fire popped up he always on it. Highly recommend working with Joshua! Phil Smith was our processor and he was always on top of what we needed to submit to the underwriter. As soon as I submitted a document, Phil was on it. He always communicated and made sure we were on track. We are very happy with our team and definitely recommend working with them.

Joshua is incredible at making you feel comfortable with the somewhat daunting process of buying a home. He took the time to go over all of our options as much as we wanted to, he answered all of our questions, and was always prompt getting back to us if there was anything he needed to consult another department on. He checked in with us often, but not so much that we felt overwhelmed or rushed to make decisions. I would highly recommend Joshua to anyone looking for an excellent guide through the home loan process.
