Jacob was an excellent loan officer. He went above and beyond. He went out of his way to help me and even got back to me on his days off. He never steered me wrong, and would never leave me without a response. Always reaponding within a few moments. Really could not have asked for a better loan officer! He made the entire process easy and stress free. He was honestly more helpful then my real estate agent.
