Gina enjoys all things outdoors. She lives 45 minutes away from the most beautiful, majestic place on earth, Table Rock Lake. Any given weekend in the summer, you can find her on her boat soaking up the experience of pure joy of being in between the earth and the sky. She enjoys hot yoga, good food and sharing belly laughs with family and friends. Gina's welcoming and friendly personality is sure you make you feel right at home when working with her.

She patiently answered every single question we had (sometimes multiple times), clearly explained the forgivable second loan, escrow, and all the changes, and went the extra mile to get us the best possible terms. Her communication was excellent and she made us feel confident and cared for throughout the whole process. Gina was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and patient with all our questions. She worked hard to remove the balloon payment and get us into a true 30-year fixed loan with the $9,800 forgivable assistance. The entire team made the process smooth and stress-free. I wasn’t sure about filling out an application since my credit score is far from perfect. When I applied, I had very little confidence on even getting a response. The brief questionnaire I filled out …. I knew I was going to be denied. Then I was prequalified…. A few moments later… I had to prove my income…. Then came the most shocking news …. “You are preapproved for a mortgage for $200,000”. This is when I received a notification that Gina was assigned to help me get my home.After talking with Gina, she asked me where I was looking, referred me to a Realtor where I declined and requested to use a realtor that I had been working with previously. It was at this time, Gina reassured me that I was able to use my realtor versus the one who would have been assigned to me by First Residential.After looking at properties, I found a home I was interested in. This is where Gina and Kari really shined and made me feel comfortable and confident that I would be buying the house that I now had a bilateral contract.Due to Gina and Kari unwavering commitment to get this deal to close, any changes or concerns that arose were quickly resolved.At the closing, the paperwork was minimal to sign as this was a hybrid closing.With Gina and Kari, I am now a homeowner. This was something I didn’t think I could have achieved.I truly thank them for everything they had done to get this to close. I would and have already recommended First Residential and will continue to do.As a side note, the selling realtor has been a realtor for approximately 40 years and was skeptical about First Residential due to never heard of the company. She was quite impressed that we were able to close a FHA mortgage in the short timeframe and said she would recommend First Residential as well. Another complaint from my realtor and selling realtor was “any time they had a question or needed something, both Gina and Kari were available AND picked up the phone…. Which is very helpful and often not the case with other lenders they have used in the past”.Keep up the great work Gina and Kari!!!
