Meet Billy
Billy has worked in customer service for over eight years, where he has been able to sharpen his skills in customer relations and engagement to where they are today. Driven by his passion to help people and his experience in social work, Billy’s greatest desire is enhancing other’s lives. Outside of work, Billy spends much of his time with family, especially his six nieces/nephews, and traveling, he has been to places such as South Africa and London.

Billy was an absolute joy! Incredibly friendly, encouraging and responsive. You would think we were Billy's only customers! He was always available whenever we needed him and was very quick, thoughtful and thorough in responding to questions. He was cheerful and positive every single day, patient , knowledgeable and honestly I can't say enough about him he made this process amazing I will actually miss chatting with him everyday!
